    Our Kickboxing Program is built around precision, movement, and power. We train in a Dutch-style system that blends the best of boxing, Muay Thai, and modern striking — creating well-rounded, explosive fighters. Every session is hyper-focused on footwork, angles, and positioning, helping students build clean technique, fluid combinations, and real fight IQ.

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - No Gi

    Our Jiu-Jitsu Program focuses on building a strong foundation of fundamentals, positioning, and technique. Students learn how to create and control space, secure dominant positions, and set up effective submissions with precision. We emphasize smart strategy and clean execution — from beginners learning the basics to advanced athletes sharpening their competitive edge.

    Our Wrestle-Jitsu Program combines the strength and control of wrestling with the strategy and technique of jiu-jitsu. Students learn how to use takedowns, from collar ties to single and double legs, to finish on top and maintain dominant positions. This program builds a solid foundation for blending wrestling into your Jiu-Jitsu game — helping athletes develop a complete understanding of grappling as a whole.

    MMA

    Our MMA Program brings together the best of striking and grappling to teach students how to blend all aspects of mixed martial arts into one complete system. Whether you’re training for competition, personal growth, or just for fun, our program focuses on developing strong fundamentals, fight IQ, and real understanding of when and how to apply each technique.

    From beginners to seasoned fighters, every student trains under the same umbrella of high-quality coaching and proven methods, learning how to adapt, flow, and perform with confidence in both sparring and live situations.

    Youth kickboxing

    Our Youth Kickboxing program builds strong fundamentals that your child can use for self-defense, fitness, or even competition one day. Kids will learn real kickboxing techniques and set combinations that work in real-life situations—while training in a supportive, team-focused environment.

    Along the way, they’ll develop confidence, discipline, and motivation. We also keep training fun with kickboxing-oriented games designed to help kids learn while staying engaged and excited.

    Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - No Gi

    Our Youth Jiu-Jitsu program teaches practical grappling skills in a no-gi format, focusing on real technique that works both for self-defense and for future competition. Kids will learn takedowns, positions, transitions, and submissions in a safe and structured environment where teamwork and respect come first.

    Along the way, they’ll build confidence, discipline, problem-solving skills, and overall athletic awareness. Training is hands-on and engaging, and we include fun grappling-based games to keep learning exciting and enjoyable.

Athlete Development program

Our Athlete Development Program is built for individuals who want to take their training to the next level—whether you’re transitioning from another sport or stepping into MMA for the first time. We work with each athlete to create a structured training plan that outlines which classes to attend, what skills to focus on, and how to progress safely and effectively.

This program allows us to monitor growth, provide guidance through private coaching when needed, and help you develop the technical base, mindset, and conditioning required to compete.
